Brian Purcell joined Vandenack Weaver in July of 2023, bringing his wealth of knowledge and experience in tax planning and tax dispute resolution. Brian’s expertise is grounded in a diverse professional background, including roles in prominent tax firms, the Nebraska Department of Revenue, and respected law firms.
Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University before pursuing his J.D. degree at Creighton Law School, where he graduated with honors. Furthering his dedication to tax law, he achieved academic excellence and earned an LL.M in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
Beyond his legal accomplishments, Brian is a dedicated community member with a compassionate spirit. He has maintained a long-standing commitment to volunteer work at Operation Others, an Omaha-based volunteer food basket initiative.
