Rachel Truhlsen joined Vandenack Weaver in December 2021 when Vandenack Weaver merged with Truhlsen Elder Care Law. Rachel has been a licensed attorney since 1995 and started her own estate planning practice in 1997. She is one of the few VA accredited attorneys in Nebraska. After graduating from law school, Rachel worked for an estate planning firm and a general practice law firm before launching her own estate planning practice in 1997.
Over the years, the firm has grown and evolved, guided by Rachel’s passion for service excellence and long-lasting client relationships. Rachel’s vision has stood the test of time. Closely tuned in to the needs of her older clients, Rachel discovered that she could provide even greater value to those client relationships by adding more services, including elder law and Life Care Planning, a holistic approach to elder law she introduced in 2018.
